The general idea of the series is to question the fragmented vision of reality that we have, mainly in the West, and to propose a holistic perspective based on the ideas of the philosophers Hegel and Spinoza that the painter studied during his philosophy degree. The artist uses as symbols of fragmentation, the tetris, the pixel, the puzzle and the Rubik’s cube among others. The portrait was made based on a mestizo model under the light of the summer sunset at the Tuileries garden in Paris. Hence, the vermilion tones that are reflected in it.
